We schedule a consultation with one of our family doctors to learn more about you and your health and to determine if we are the right fit for you.

Visit a clinic or schedule a virtual appointment to connect with one of our family doctors.
Please note that if you already have a family doctor you may not roster with MD Connected. You cannot be rostered to multiple groups in Ontario.
If you registered to Health Care Connect, you will be removed from their list as you join our group.
If you do not meet one of those criteria, you can continue to use our online chat consultations and our walk-in services.
